Technically and legally, yes. Aviation authorities (like the FAA or EASA) classify them as UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles). However, in the hobby market, “drones” usually refers to multi-rotor quadcopters that can hover, while “RC aircraft” refers to fixed-wing planes that require forward motion to stay airborne.
Do your products come with certifications? Yes. All Next Gen RC products are fully certified for export to the USA and European Union. Our certifications include FCC, CE, ASTM, RoHS, REACH, and more, ensuring they are safe for retail and easy to clear through customs.

MOQs vary by product category. For standard wholesale items, MOQs typically start at 5–50 units. For custom OEM projects involving specialized molding or branding, MOQs are generally higher.
For bulk orders, we typically require a deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery. We work with secure international payment methods to ensure a safe transaction for our global partners.
Yes, this is our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) service. We can apply your branding to the product body, remote controller, and custom-designed packaging.
Yes, through our ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) service. Our engineering team can help you design a product from scratch—including PCB design, structural molds, and software features like GPS or specialized LED programming.
We take IP very seriously. Next Gen RC holds over 500 patents of our own, and we sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with our ODM partners to ensure your unique designs remain yours.
Yes. We have extensive experience managing international logistics. We handle all export documentation and work with reliable freight forwarders to deliver to your warehouse by air or sea.
While we maintain a strict production schedule, global logistics can sometimes be affected by peak seasons (like Chinese New Year). We provide transparent updates and work with our logistics lead, Avery, to find the fastest alternative routes when necessary.
We use reinforced export-grade packaging to minimize risk. However, if any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for replacements or credits in your next order.
